By accessing or using USMail, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

USMail provides a business mail workspace platform including inbox management, routing, templates, and team collaboration tools. Services are provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use USMail for any unlawful purpose, to send spam, to violate any third party's rights, or to interfere with the operation of our services.

5. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

7. Limitation of Liability

USMail's liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
